It's time again for a GMM!
We would like to see a lot of members joining, from new members to ESAC veterans. At a GMM (General Member Meeting), we discuss important matters within the association that you as a member have an interest in and can influence. If you are interested in how these things take place, be sure to come along!
TIME
- 17:30-19:00 have dinner together
You can join us for dinner beforehand by filling out the sign up form. You can find the menu here. The deadline for this is the day before in the evening, so make sure you don't forget. Really try to be there at 17:30 so we have enough time to eat!
- 19:00-23:15 GMM
LOCATION: The trafalgar pub (Dommelstraat 21, 5611 CJ Eindhoven)
At the GMM we will discuss the semi-annual settlement, some proposals by the board, and of course there will be a material auction :).
The documents for the GMM will be published on drive at least 10 days before the GMM. If there are textual errors in the minutes, please report this by mail to secretaris@esac.nl. And the GMM will be of course in English!
